E Glass Fiber Roving 68/100/136/735 tex

Alkali-free glass fiber direct roving (hereinafter referred to as “direct roving”) is directly drawn through spinnerets.

Depending on the resin’s compatibility with the sizing agent, direct roving falls into thermosetting direct roving and thermoplastic direct roving. Thermosetting direct roving is designed for use with thermosetting resins, such as unsaturated polyester resin (UPR), vinyl ester resin, epoxy resin, and polyurethane resin.

It is applied to filament winding, pultrusion, hand lay-up, and weaving processes. End products include pipelines, pressure vessels, profiles, and chemical storage tanks.

Thermoplastic direct roving is used with thermoplastic resins, such as PP resin, and PA resin. It is applied to LFT molding, sheet molding, double screw molding, and GMT processes.

Product description:

Our direct roving is close to or even of the same quality as the JUSHI. Although it cannot compare to OC, its cost-effectiveness is something we are proud of. We can provide flexible production of small batch samples for continuous testing, and can flexibly switch between different sizing agents to adapt to different projects of customers. And we can also provide fast delivery for bulk orders. Generally, it takes 6-8 days to complete production packaging from our production workshop and 2-3 days to transport to nearby ports.

Applicable resin:PP

Features and usage: good clustering, good dispersion, less hairiness, low odor, good impregnation with PP resin, and good product performance.
Mainly used in the production of automotive parts, construction industry, electronic appliances, aerospace and other products.
